R & D Department
The members of the R & D department of ARTION SOULAKOS S.A. research our customers’ needs and propose original and innovative products of contemporary aesthetic and functionality which render them appealing to the final consumer.
Quality Control
ARTION SOULAKOS S.A. follows and implements quality control procedures in every step of the production process with specialized equipment and skilled personnel both for the raw materials and for the final product. ARTION SOULAKOS S.A. is certified by:
- ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2015, ISO 27001:2013, ISO 14001:2015,
- FCS®
- EcoVadis
Specifically, the following checks take place:
- Testing the delivered raw materials (papers-cardboards, pvc, pp, pet etc) with tensile test (spring test), stiffness test and crease stiffness test
- Compression testing for the ready packaging products according to the international standards
- Effective management of the warehouse and identification process with radiofrequency (RFID labels).
- Testing color accuracy (Pantone, CMYK) with special equipment (spectrophotometers) in all the Pre-Press network and in the printing step too.
- Testing color code, pharma code and for the proper appliance of box gluing with the automated system Quality Assurance, in order to protect the quality of the produced boxes, printed products, instructions and labels. A series of objectives checks take place which include mix up, repletion, existence, and density of color, gluing etc.
- Testing the Braille writing system.
- Applying a traceability method with unique Lot Codes in every production and unit of the product.
