• In all cases where there was a problem / actual defect in the product (function or quality) covering the product warranty.

For all the above cases, the products which are to be replaced must be in the same state as when the client had received them, undamaged, with the packaging that normally accompanies the specific product(s), in excellent condition, and accompanied by all required papers (e.g. sales receipt). Prior to any refund consultation with the online shop soulakos.gr is advised and required. A customer is eligible to a return or replacement under the following conditions:

• The customer has contacted our Online Store with the same day or next working day
• The product has not been used
• The product is accompanied by all necessary documents to prove the transaction
• The company ARTION SOULAKOS S.A. may not and will not grant any refund or replacement for any products that have not been returned within 14 days after the date of purchase.

The refund will always be made in the same way as the payment was made.

7. Order Cancellation

Cancellation of orders may be made in the following case: If you have completed the online order and the order has not been shipped yet, you may contact us via phone at +30 210 4831792 and one of our associates will handle the cancellation of your order. In case the shipping process haw started then you will be charged the shipping amount which is 5 euros. The refund will always be made in the same way as the payment was made.

8. Order Delay

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

At times of extreme weather conditions, strikes, and on grounds of superior force, which may affect the shipping and delivery of your order. In case when contacting the customer via telephone or e-mail is not possible (if a problem occurs on your order, or is related to a specific product or payment method) because i.e. the customer’s contact information have not been properly entered or updated.
